Thompson's Mills Drive - March 5, 2022

Members enjoyed a Saturday drive through the scenic lower Willamette Valley in Linn and Lane Counties. We started in the small historic town of Coburg right off i-5. We then meandered our way north crossing 2 covered bridges. After a little over an hour drive we arrived at the destination - the State Historic site of Thompson's Mills in Shedd. We enjoyed a guided tour of the 160 year old working mill. Afterwards, some members drove to Albany to have lunch at a downtown eatery.
